{52 week challenge} week 6-9

For February (the month of love) focus on those you love. Remember to take pictures of the little day to day things as well. You don't have to only document the big events in your life. Capture your children playing a board game together, your spouse reading with your toddler, or the way your kids interact with your pets. Ten years down the road you will be glad that you got that priceless shot of you and your kids in your pajamas...even if your hair wasn't done and your makeup wasn't just right.

{I heart faces} entry for the week-'hearts'

If you haven't checked out I heart faces, you really should. It's a great online (and free) community for photographers (professionals and mommy/daddy-togs too). Every week they have a weekly photo challenge, where anyone can post a picture to be judged. This weeks theme-hearts. Here's my entry for the week...wish me luck.

I love these girls!
It is amazing how friendships can build. Their mom was referred to me by a mutual friend for their family Christmas pictures in '09-since then I've taken many more pictures for them! And even better-we've become great friends and get together almost 1/wk. xoxo~A
